GLOBAL DIRECT PURCHASING STRATEGY

As a part of JiaJiaYue Group’s Global Direct Purchasing Strategy, we have been working on establishing direct supply relationships in New Zealand since 2016.

Our team focuses on selecting and procuring premium products, coordinating order placements and exporting processes in New Zealand and facilitating in-market promotional activities and customer feedback in China. We aim to streamline the communication and working process between New Zealand suppliers and the teams in China.

Today, we have many long-term reliable supply relationships with reputable New Zealand brands and suppliers who are now able to bring their products into JiaJiaYue Supermarket channels and beyond. With the help and support of New Zealand Trade & Enterprise (NZTE) both in China and New Zealand, we are actively expanding our network.

2025-26 China Connect

JiaJiaYue Group worked with NZTE in support of their China Connect Initiatives in second-tier cities, especially Qingdao, Shandong Province in 2026.

Our GM Tony participated in the China Connect: Qingdao Advance for Senior Leaders Workshop in July 2026 as one of the keynote speakers in Auckland; and hosted two-day events in Qingdao and Weihai for participating New Zealand brands to connect directly with our consumers. New Zealand Ambassador to the People's Republic of China Jonathan Austin attended the events.
